Master Terms of Service

These Terms govern the legal relationship between ANNY'S LIMITED ("Company", "We", "Us") and any user of our services ("User", "Client", "You"). By engaging our services, you agree to these binding terms under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

1. Service Provisioning

ANNY'S LIMITED provides a high-performance logistics platform for food delivery. While we exert extreme care in selecting restaurant partners, we do not directly prepare the food unless explicitly stated (e.g., in our Ghost Kitchen services). The contract for food quality is between you and the restaurant; the contract for delivery integrity is with us.

2. Payment & Financial Obligations

All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust delivery fees dynamically based on demand-load and environmental conditions (Dynamic Pricing Policy).

3. Delivery Integrity & Risk

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the user upon the point of delivery at the specified coordinates. "Point of delivery" is defined as the hand-over to the user or the placement in a designated safe space as requested by the user. ANNY'S LIMITED is not liable for theft of items left unattended at user request.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANNY'S LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order is limited to the total value of that order plus £100.00 as a gesture of goodwill, unless mandated otherwise by UK consumer rights law.

5. Intellectual Property

The "ANNY'S LIMITED" brand, the proprietary routing algorithms, and the content of this platform are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or reproduction of these assets will result in immediate legal action under the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) frameworks.
